Advised Riverbridge, a Minneapolis-based investment manager with approximately $11 billion in assets under management, and Switzerland-based B-FLEXION on the sale of B-FLEXION’s majority equity interest in Riverbridge. Following the transaction, Riverbridge principals will increase their equity ownership to over 70%, and Boston-based Lincoln Peak Capital will become a minority shareholder, owning the remaining equity in Riverbridge.
