Advised Richmond, VA-based Agincourt on its 70% sale to Toronto-based Guardian. Agincourt manages approximately $7bn of high grade bond portfolios and the acquisition will continue Guardian's diversification into the US and into different investment solutions. Current owners of Agincourt will retain the remaining 30% ownership interest.
