Advised St. Petersburg, FL-based Doyle Wealth Management on its sale to Toronto-based CI Financial. The transaction will allow DWM, with $1.1 billion in assets under management, to expand the depth of its service offering and improve its overall operations. Co-founders Bob Doyle and Jill Doyle will continue leading the firm.
